    Adorable size MC dance dress and head band with feathers costume for girl child.  Razor/halter back leotard with attached white tutu ornate with silver sequins and silver sparkles.  Also is an attached belt with large round rhinestone buckle. Quality made by Weissman’s.
    It is pre-owned in excellent condition and probably only worn a handful of times and well taken care of.  Made in the USA and requires spot cleaning only?.
