Used Elite Costumes costume dress with neck piece for girls around 13

Description

This pre-owned dance dress with a hair band and a neck piece was used several times for competition/recitals. We paid a couple of hundreds dollars. The first picture was a stage picture showing how it looks on a girl.
The approximate measurements are below. The costume is very stretchy. All the measurements were taken without stretching.
chest width under the armpit: 15.5"
shoulder width across: 13"
length from the cross of neck line and shoulder line measured from front: 16"
length from the cross of neck line and shoulder line measured from back: 16.5"
skirt length measured from front from waist line to front middle hem: 19.5"
waist width about 12.5" measured on the waist line
The neck piece is about 12".
The dress has build in shorts. Please see the fourth picture.
The top dark body part has rhinestones. There may be rhinestones that fell off. Looking at the dress, I can't see rhinestones obviously missing.
The costume is in good condition given that it's used. That tag inside says Elite Costumes, Inc. there is name written on it, which will be crossed out before shipping

The best way to use the measurements is to compare the measurement to those of snug fitting costumes.
