This is a brand new ballet costume, romantic length all tulle skirting (4 layers), the under layers are all rose just like the top skirt.  The bodice is satinette with a taffeta inset and accented at the top with organza roses. The hairpiece is a single organza ribbon rose. The back is spandex for a good fit.
