Brand new tap dance costume, size is an extra small child, 2C. This item was used for the photo shoot, and was worn long enough to take the catalog photo. This is a black matte spandex leotard with black and white stripe satinette bodice front. Ruffles are white with black polka dots.  There is an attached two tier satinette skirt with a net underskirt.  It has red sequin trim.
Please note; the hat, gloves and red bows the model has on are NOT included.
It retailed for and is perfect. Fun for pageant use or dress up.
