Precautions
1. When selecting the relay, please pay special attention to the working current and ambient temperature of the load. When the load is working, add enough radiator or take other effective heat dissipation measures.
2. The heat generated when the relay is working needs to be dissipated through the metal bottom plate of the relay. When installing, please pay attention to the close cooperation between the relay and the radiator. The installation should be firm and the joint surface should be coated with thermal grease.
3. When the connection between the output terminal and the load line is loose, the heat generated when the power is turned on will cause the product to burn. The following is the recommended installation of the screw when the product is connected: M4 screw installation, torque is 0.98~1.37Nm, M3 screw installation torque is 0.58~0.98 Nm, excessive torque will damage the relay.
