Manufactured Using Injection Mold Technology
100% made of high quality ABS plastic (Not PVC) to guarantee a longer life time and product durability.
The major benefit between plastic injection molding and hand-made
items are that the hand-made units are pasted by hands,
which may cause installation problems, but plastic injection molding can form the
interface at once, and should not cause any installation problems. As with any aftermarket item,
sometimes modification may be required so please ask questions prior to purchasing
if you need additional information for this item.
Material : High Quality ABS Plastic
ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic is commonly used in original
equipment sport bikes and certain aftermarket fairing manufacturers due to its strong,
flexible and light weight properties. The advantage of ABS over other plastics is that it
combines the strength and rigidity of acrylonitrile and styrene with the toughness of polybutadiene rubber.
The proportions of each property vary based on the targeted result.
