This is a replacment X/Y Axis 3D Printer Stepper Motor for the Monoprice Dual Extrusion ABS/PLA/PVA 3D Printer (PID 11614). This part is also compatible with our Maker Architect 3D Printer (Model 13861).
This stepper motor is used to control the X & Y axis movement of the extruder.

This is a replacement X/Y-Axis Stepper Motor for the Monoprice™ Dual Extrusion (Model 11614) and Maker Architect (Model 13861) 3D Printers. Warranty: Replacing parts on your 3D printer may result in its warranty being voided. If you are having difficulty and are unsure if your printer is still under warranty or wish to prevent voiding your warranty, please contact us for assistance. Safety: Always exercise extreme caution when working on any electrical device, including your 3D printer. Ensure that the printer is turned off and the power plug is removed from the power outlet. Also ensure that the printer has fully cooled down prior to working on it. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to Monoprice within 30 days of delivery date for a replacement or refund.However, if at the time of sale Shipping and Handling was charged, this is not refundable.
All returns, whether for refund or replacement, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, please setup a return request through your eBay account.
Products that are returned without prior RMA and the RMA# clearly printed on the address label will be refused and sent back to the sender.
