Misc sales tax token - membership "flipper"

Description

Misc.-O5.  c.1992.  A sort of membership token that was distributed in 1992.  Per M&D, 1,000 were made and around 100 were distributed to members in 1993.  Not sure what ever happened to the rest.  I suspect Merlin Malehorn had them in a box somewhere.  He died around 20 years ago and that box may have gone to a landfill.
