Lot of 14 Missouri Sales Tax Tokens 1 mill & 5 mill Paper & Coin 1930's Vintage
Great ot of antique Missouri State Sales Tax tokens - 1 mil and 5 mil - 5 heavy cardstock type paper and 9 coin (metal) type tokens, this lot will contain exact tokens shown in photo, coins have some significant wear and oxidization, the paper cardstock tokens are in good condition and show some age and slight edge wear. Two of the one mill paper tokens have printing on back that reads "This receipt shows that you are helping to pay for old age pensions support of public schools care of poor insane and tubercular patients in state hospitals and relief of needy unemployed in the State of Missouri", one of the one mil paper tokens has a samp on back that reads "Also good in Los Angeles 1936 A Con Corp". Paper tokens measure 1-1/2" wide to 1-5/8" wide, coin tokens measure 7/8" wide. Neat lot of vintage sales tax / trade tokens!
