    Shoulder to crotch measures 18 inches.
    Armpit to armpit = 10 inches.
    Waist = 8 inches.
    Shorts by Reflectionz.  Brand new with tags.
    Tag Size 4 Child
    Waist = 8 inches.
    Front of the shorts = 7 1/2 inches long.  Back = 8.  Inseam = 1 1/2 inches.
    80% Nylon/ 20% Spandex
    Fitting tip:
    Find a similar item that fits well and compare measurements to those above OR measure from shoulder through crotch and back to shoulder and divide by 2.  Shoulder to crotch is the most important measurement.  Dance wear often sizes differently (Usually smaller) than regular clothes.
