That's one guard for the left and one guard for the right.
They are made of chrome plated steel.
Hardware is not included.
These install just like the original bars re-using your original hardware.

*These Add On Accessories bars are styled like the 1988-1997 model engine guards, but they will fit the 1998-2000 model GL1500 Goldwing motorcycles as well.

Made of beautiful chrome plated 1" diameter steel.  They will directly replace your original Engine/Case/Head Guards.
