This is a brand new girls lyrical ballet costume and will come in the original manufacturer's packaging (dance cotumes don't come with hangtags). This empire styled dress has a full leotard under the 2 ply wired chiffon skirt, the bow pin you see on the back is included as a separate item as is the velvet choker and the rose for the hair. The color is really between what the models are showing and my pic (periwinkle blue is a difficult color to photograph).
