USA Lower 48 States Only
and we offer Free Shipping within the Lower 48 States. We do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box addresses. For USA other locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, please contact us for additional shipping cost.
We do everything we can to ship your orders out as soon as possible. Basically orders are shipped out in 1 business day. To ensure orders can be delivered to you without any problem, your complete and correct physical shipping address should be provided when you check out.
The delivery is out of our control. Please kindly inform us if you have waited for long time without receiving the item. Once the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, a new item will be sent out or full refund will be provided.
If buyer provides wrong address and the package returned to sender at last, buyer should pay for reshipping fee to resend the item to new address.
