very cute outfit....the gal I bought these from said her daughter used them once for her dance routine...these could be used for dance, Halloween, dress up. The pants has two areas that has been sewn to make them smaller...this could be easily removed. The top and skirt are two pieces, the rest is sewn together...I am guessing at the size 12-14??  may be adult small
approx. measurements   top arm pit to arm pit 13 1/2"   shoulder to panty line 23 3/4"     skirt  11" elastic waist   and    length 22 3/4 top of strap to hem
