Anycubic Mega Zero 2.0

Anycubic Mega Zero 2.0.
It’s kind of weird because when I start a print it immediately goes about 30mm high without heating, and to the top right corner and starts extruding. I don’t know what is wrong with it, but maybe you can figure it out. On the hotbed, it is also a little messy, as you can see in the picture. Other than that, it’s in very good condition.
