Please use my photos as the best description for this item.  This is a scuba diving weight belt that weighs about 31 pounds on my scale. Length is about 41.5"(see photos #11 and #12 to see where I took my measurements from.  On the buckle it says "Survivair"(see photo #6 and #7) and "American Cord & Webbing, model CB-2(see photo #8).  One of the weights is stamped "ScubaPro"(see photo #9).  Condition of the belt and weights is very good in my opinion.
